Kyoto Japanese Steakhouse

This place is amazing. I come here occasionally because I love the atmosphere, the way the cook and how comfortable it is inside. Some notes first The person, "Baobo" who posted 3 days ago about it being " uncomfortably cold", it was snowing, it was below 25F outside, and it was really windy. The restaurant probably did their best in those conditions to make it comfortable inside. Today it was 27F outside with lots of snow still and I was quite comfortable in there, grow up. The staff are very friendly here and the Hibachi employees have always been friendly and fun. They play little games with you and help you make good memories here, I've taken a lot of people close to me here, and they've always wanted to come back! The only problem I have here sometimes is that it can take a few minutes for them to come out, but they have to get all their ingredients out so it makes sense. Food is very flavorful and they're very respectful about how you want your steak done. Yum Yum sauce is very special to this location, can't find their quality anywhere else. They even sell their Yum Yum sauce, so I can enjoy it at home now! The Hibachi items come with free onion soup and salad and both are delicious. Price is very reasonable and fair. A nice 9/10 for this place.

Great food, had the Hibachi Steak and Chicken, my partner had the Hibachi Shrimp, comes with salad or onion soup, and a side of Yum Yum sauce. Third time here, and as usual the fried rice and vegetables are excellent. Everything is prepared and cooked right in front of you. The server was very entertaining and deliberately comical. It's a complete performance. Bring your sense of humor. Great place for a lunch or dinner engagement. The bill was 30. Not bad at all. I did ask that they wipe the area I was sitting at a little better. There were no issues with that. Other than the people they set me with that were visiting from Chicago, and obviously had no time for fun and entertainment while eating, I had a great time. Yes it's a big grill that you sit around and you can be sat with random people. I just prefer people who enjoy themselves. I do highly recommend that you try this place. It's addicting. Went for the hibachi/tappanyaki experience for my sister's birthday. We also had an elementary age child and a middle school age child with us. All ages ate very well, thoroughly enjoyed the show and left quite happy. The restaurant is spacious, clean and welcoming. The staff are quick, friendly and very entertaining. The hibachi menu is reasonably extensive, quite tasty and reasonably priced for the quality. Highly recommend for your event!

First time to a Japanese hibachi restaurant, and it was a blast. The moody teen sitting near us kind of soured the chef's performance, but it was still great. Very high energy, fun, and the food was top notch. Everything was perfectly cooked and tasty as heck. Things can certainly get loud though as the chefs really do put on an energetic performance, singing and clanging their spatula. The staff also break out taiko drums for birthdays as well, so if you have sensitive ears or otherwise would rather eat in peace, maybe go elsewhere. They do have other seating areas where they don't do the performance stuff though, so maybe try that instead. Very good place.

Absolutely 5 star experience best medium tender juicy steak I've had in years. Went with my bestie. Got the 3 item plate steak, chicken and shrimp. Kyoto provides dinner and a show. Highly recommend to others and will order from again and again.

Kyoto Japanese Steakhouse is hands down one of my favorite places to eat! The filet mignon is always cooked to perfection—so tender and flavorful—and the fried rice is absolutely incredible. Every visit is a treat, not just because of the amazing food but because of the fantastic experience. The chefs are super fun and always put on a great show, making it the perfect place to bring friends and family. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, ensuring a great time every single visit. If you’re looking for delicious food and an unforgettable dining experience, Kyoto is the place to be!

This was our first visit to Kyoto. We were there to celebrate my wife's birthday, she was given a fun crown and was sung to twice. They were attentive, helpful, made sure we were well taken care of. We loom forward to our next dining experience.

Fabulous experience here tonight! First timers, but will we definitely be back. We were greeted upon our arrival, sat that the hibachi table, food was delicious! Service was a ten, and what a show! Everything was cooked to perfection! Steak, shrimp, rice, noodles, veggies, bonus sushi roll. Thursday night, sushi rolls half price! Craft cocktail, sake...such a fun time! All of our expectations were exceeded! Thank you for making our night out a blast!
